Our Wi-Fi survey reports can and should be insightful and meaningful to our employer and/or customers. They are also a great way for us to spotlight our skills, value, and experience as a Wi-Fi engineer.
In this presentation, I'll cover:
- Knowing who the report's audience is, their level of Wi-Fi understanding, and what their goals and objectives are.
- Keeping the report as brief as possible while presenting the results in a way that supports and aligns with the stated objectives.
- Presenting plainly worded observations and actionable recommendations.
Gone are the days of "kitchen sink" reports (a.k.a 1-click reports) that simply spits out pages and pages of data that few will understand or know with what to do.
