How the CFP Process Works
(dates below for #WLPC Prague 2024)
Submission Period (01 May - 01 June 2024):
Use the form below to submit your presentation ideas. We're looking for both regular session and Deep Dive topics that will educate, inspire, and empower our attendees.
Community Voting (14 June - 01 July 2024):
After the submission period closes, we'll send out a survey to our community to vote on the topics they're most interested in seeing at the event. This helps us build an agenda that truly reflects the needs and interests of our audience.
Speaker Selection:
Based on the voting results, we'll select the final lineup of speakers and notify them via email. Selected speakers will work with our team to refine their presentations and prepare for the event.
Important Notes:
#WLPC is a vendor-neutral event. While you can discuss vendor-specific solutions, presentations should be educational in nature, not sales pitches.
All speakers must register as regular attendees. We don't have separate speaker tickets or compensation.
Ready to throw your hat in the ring? Fill out the form below (when CFP opens) to submit your presentation idea(s). Remember, the community will be voting on which presentations they want in the final lineup. Be sure to give your presentation a good title and short but engaging description.
We can't wait to see what our community comes up with this year.
