Find answers to common questions about our conferences.
We do not offer refunds. When you register, we incur non-refundable costs to hold your spot, such as gear purchases, hotel room reservations, and food and accommodations.
If you have paid and are unable to attend for any reason, whether due to sickness, scheduling conflict, etc., you are welcome to transfer your registration to someone else. Simply provide us with their name and information, and we'll update the registration.
If you register but do not pay within a timely manner we do have cut off deadlines where we will be forced to drop your registration. You will be more than welcome to re-register if space is available.
If you need to arrive early or stay beyond what's included with your registration, you can request extra "shoulder nights" at a reduced rate, based on availability (the room rate will be available during registration).
During the registration process, you'll have the opportunity to request any additional nights you may need before or after the main conference block. Note that the included hotel check-in is always the night before the Main Conference begins, and check-out is on the last day of the conference.
We will inform the hotel on your behalf and update your registration accordingly. You will pay the hotel directly for any extra shoulder nights when you check-out.
If you select an additional shoulder night, please inform the hotel or us if you no longer need it to avoid cancellation fees or being charged the full rate of the room.
All registrations include hotel accommodation, breakfast, lunch, access to all conference presentations, and participation in evening vendor events. All attendees participate in a Deep Dive session of their choice, including any associated materials or gear.
For those who choose the Boot Camp add-on, additional nights at the hotel, breakfasts, lunches, and two group dinners are also included.
Please Note: Hotel check-in is always the night before the Main Conference or Boot Camp begins, with check-out on the last day of the conference.
We do not offer a "no-hotel" discount.
By negotiating an all-inclusive package with the hotel, we secure the best prices and create an environment that fosters a sense of community among attendees.
You can pay via credit card, check, ACH direct payment, or purchase order (PO).
Note: While we are happy to work with your company, all POs must be paid in full in a timely manner. We do not offer "terms". Payments are due upon receipt (we do allow for some time for processing, etc.). To guarantee your spot, payments must be completed prior to the start of the conference.

Transportation:
The NH Prague City hotel is approximately 16km from the Václav Havel Airport Prague it will take around 21 minutes by car.
You can rent a taxi or hire a ride share service or take public transport (not recommended) from the airport.

Relaxation couldn’t be easier at our hotel, ideally located next to the park, perfect to enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
Of course if you want to work out first, then head to our gym and have a go on the exercise machines. Or perhaps a game of tennis is more your thing? Park safely in the onsite car park, or charge you electric vehicle during your stay at the charging station that can be found onsite at the NH Prague City.
Gym
You’ll find the gym in the lower level in the main building. There’s a great selection of exercise machines, not to mention an aerobic and anaerobic area, a sauna and a steam bath. Better yet, you won’t have to pay a thing to use any of the gym’s facilities.
