Chris Avants is a world-renowned Instructor / Author and Entrepreneur with extensive enterprise networking experience in the field and the classroom.

For over 20 years Chris has worked at the service provider/partner level designing and deploying advanced solutions for a myriad of customer environments and use cases in the field earning his stripes. Chris originally earned his CCNA from Cisco Systems back in the mid-’90s and added another 50+ certifications including multiple expert-level certifications such as CCIE, CWNE, CCSI, and CWNT.

For over a decade, Chris has been traveling the world teaching advanced technical courses predominantly around Wireless, Security, and Enterprise Networking earning regular awards for his work such as Distinguished Instructor, Instructor Excellence, and MVP.

Chris has a deep passion for teaching and helping others grow their careers and continues teaching and sharing knowledge through courses, speaking engagements, and mentored consulting engagements with the world's best clients.
