We don’t release a finalized agenda in advance. The full speaker and session line-up is available on this page above, but the actual presentation order isn’t announced until attendees are onsite. This helps us accommodate last-minute adjustments and ensures everyone stays for the full event, since all presentations are held in one room together.
Here’s the basic flow to help with travel planning:
- Hotel Check-in / Check-out
- Boot Camp attendees: Check in Fri 10 Oct, check out Thu 16 Oct
- Main Conference only: Check in Mon 13 Oct, check out Thu 16 Oct
- Hotel check-in: 14:00 / check-out: 11:00
- Boot Camps (Sat 11 – Mon 13 Oct)
- Sessions 08:30–late afternoon, with coffee breaks and lunch
- Dinner stipends provided on 11 & 12 Oct to enjoy a restaurant with other attendees
- Badge pickup on the evening of Sat 11 Oct
- Main Conference (Tue 14 – Thu 16 Oct)
- Tue 14 Oct: Sessions 08:30–15:00, then Deep Dives; free after 18:00
- Wed 15 Oct: Same as Tuesday
- Thu 16 Oct: Sessions 08:30–13:30, then closing
- Deep Dives
- Hands-on sessions Tue & Wed afternoons, led by instructors
- Meals & Breaks
- Breakfast with hotel stay
- Morning coffee, lunch, and afternoon coffee each day
- Dinner on your own, except Boot Camp nights with stipends
