We do Wi-Fi in an imperfect world, and tend to obsess over getting it “right”. It’s OK to break the rules, though- as long as you know to be effective as you cut corners, violate design doctrine, and generally do things that would make many a WLAN pro cringe. The presenter has over twenty years of deploying and supporting Wi-Fi in the real world and has learned a thing or three about those many things we’re all supposed to do for good Wi-Fi, and he thumbs his nose at many of them. Join him as he challenges conventional wisdom on a number of fronts.
