In my current job, I see many wireless design and planning scenarios from different companies, where walls are frequently configured as drywall. While convenient, this assumption often leads to inaccurate models, poor signal predictions, and ultimately suboptimal network performance.

This session focuses on how to move away from this “default-first” mindset and adopt a more accurate, evidence-based approach to wall type identification.
