Your Ekahau survey is clean. Coverage, capacity, SNR, all where they should be, and you can prove it.

Then a user swears the Wi-Fi is broken. Your survey isn't wrong.

It's about to become your best evidence. Using Sidekick 2 for the RF and Speedtest Pulse for what the user actually gets, I'll walk through real cases where the issue was really pinpointed.
