As technology advances so have the technical aspects of troubleshooting. However, a balance needs to be maintained between the technical and the non-technical aspects of troubleshooting. This presentation will take a deeper look at the non-technical side of troubleshooting, what is it, what tools or skills are required, how has it evolved with technology, and finally, how critical are these non-technical skills in issue resolution.
