Did you ever need to troubleshoot a Wi-Fi issue which is intermittent or only happens on some devices?
As engineers we use many tools but when we cannot be onsite or the site is complex (e.g., a stadium) we need ways to easily troubleshoot, validate and benchmark the customer's Wi-Fi experiences.
In this talk we will take an in-depth look at some of the metrics and device decisions which allow us to find issues, understand the performance of the network and benchmark the user experience without even needing to be on-site.
